Terms of use and contracting
Conditions governing the website, private accounts, requests, services, subscriptions and YRV Design support.
Last updated: August 28, 2026.1. Provider and scope
YRV Design is the trading name of 65.234.837 YOSDELVIS DE LA ROSA VEGA - ME, Brazilian CNPJ 65.234.837/0001-40, Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), operating in São José/SC, Brazil. Contact: contact@yrvdesign.com.
These terms govern yrvdesign.com and contracting through the website, Assistant, forms, WhatsApp, Stripe Checkout, private panel and support. They work together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and conditions shown before purchase.
2. Pre-contract information and acceptance
Before payment, the customer sees the service/bundle, price and billing model. Recurring services also show billing frequency, renewal, minimum commitment and early-closure terms. If a service is marked One-time payment, the page expressly states that it is a single charge with no automatic renewal. Checkout proceeds only after express acceptance.
Applicable mandatory consumer rights prevail over incompatible contractual terms.
3. Services and scope
YRV Design provides the services published in the current catalogue, including websites, systems, automation, maintenance, digital solutions and Meta Ads management. The exact scope is defined by the service card, proposal and/or accepted contract summary.
Items not expressly included, third-party licences, ad spend and special external costs may be charged separately when disclosed.
4. Prices and currency
Master prices are set in Brazilian reais (BRL). US$ values displayed on the site are approximate conversions; the binding charge is the amount shown by Stripe before confirmation.
Promotions and bundles may have specific terms. A subscription keeps the conditions recorded at checkout unless a valid later change is accepted where required. A one-time service price applies only to that purchase and does not create future charges by itself.
5. Payment models and renewal
Each service states its billing model before payment. A One-time payment service creates a single Stripe charge and does not create a subscription, automatic renewal, monthly commitment or early-closure fee. Services not marked One-time payment remain recurring, normally monthly, and renew automatically while active unless cancellation is scheduled.
Customers must keep a valid payment method. Failed payments may trigger notices, retries and proportionate service restrictions, subject to mandatory rights.
YRV Design may manually grant complimentary plans or free access from its administration area. These grants do not create a Stripe charge, invoice or subscription and are clearly identified as free in the customer panel. A complimentary grant does not make other paid services free or create an automatic right to future free renewals.
6. Minimum commitment
Where a recurring subscription has a minimum commitment, the exact number of months is shown before payment and recorded. The standard commercial configuration may be 3 months, but the condition accepted at Checkout controls that subscription.
The commitment does not waive mandatory withdrawal rights where applicable or rights arising from YRV Design’s breach.
7. Early closure
A request to end a recurring subscription before the minimum term may trigger an early-closure fee. The percentage is disclosed before payment and recorded for the subscription.
Formula: accepted percentage × monthly balance remaining in the minimum term. At a 50% standard rate, R$ 600 remaining would produce an estimated R$ 300 fee. The panel shows the exact amount before confirmation.
The customer must expressly confirm the displayed fee. If Stripe does not confirm the charge, early cancellation is not automatically completed.
8. Withdrawal right
For recurring and one-time services, where Brazilian distance-selling consumer rules apply, the panel provides an electronic way to exercise the applicable withdrawal right, currently presented as 7 days from the start of the contract.
Where applicable, no early fee is charged and the appropriate full refund is requested through Stripe. Financial settlement time depends on the payment method.
9. Cancellation after the minimum term
After the minimum commitment, cancellation can be scheduled without an early-closure fee. Normally access continues through the already-paid period and the subscription then stops renewing.
Cancellation is requested in the YRV Design panel so applicable contract conditions are shown first. The Stripe portal is primarily limited to payment-method updates.
10. Stripe and payment data
Stripe processes one-time and recurring payments through hosted Checkout. YRV Design does not store full card numbers, CVC or complete payment credentials.
We keep only references needed to manage the purchase or subscription, such as customer, payment/subscription, price, Checkout, invoice and status identifiers. Stripe’s own terms and policies also apply.
11. Account and private panel
Online contracting may require an account at https://yrvdesign.com/cuenta/. Each customer has a private panel available only after authentication.
Users must provide accurate information and protect passwords/security codes. Fraud, abuse or attempts to access another account may result in access restrictions.
12. 2FA and access security
We may request an email code when a new device or network is detected. Client 2FA becomes available after the administrator enables the master protection.
Security codes are temporary and must not be shared.
13. Support, notices and projects
The panel may show websites, Meta Ads, domain/work status, dates, next steps, billing, notifications and private support.
Support conversations and notifications are isolated per account.
14. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide necessary materials, permissions, access and approvals; ensure they may lawfully use supplied content; and review deliverables reasonably promptly. Scope changes may require a new quote.
15. Meta Ads
Ad spend paid to Meta is separate from YRV Design fees unless expressly stated. YRV Design cannot guarantee sales, leads, approvals, cost per result or third-party platform availability.
Customers are responsible for the legality of their offers and compliance with applicable advertising policies.
16. AI and automation
The Assistant can answer questions and prepare requests but may be inaccurate. It does not replace the Checkout summary, human confirmation or legal documents. Automated responses cannot change recorded price, commitment or scope.
17. Intellectual property
Deliverable rights follow the applicable plan/proposal/agreement. Third-party assets retain their licences. YRV Design may publicly display a selection of work and examples without publishing administrative information, internal files or private client data.
18. Availability and third parties
Services may depend on hosting, domains, email, Stripe, Meta, WhatsApp, AI and other providers. Reasonable safeguards are used, but uninterrupted third-party availability cannot be guaranteed.
19. Privacy

20. Changes, law and contact
Terms may be updated for legal, technical or operational reasons. Accepted subscription economics are not retroactively replaced without a valid basis or consent where required.
Brazilian law applies while preserving mandatory consumer rights, jurisdiction rules and other protections. Contact: contact@yrvdesign.com or private support.
