3. Electronic contracting
Before payment, the contracting page presents a summary of the service/bundle, price, billing model and relevant economic conditions. Where applicable it shows renewal, minimum commitment, early closure and withdrawal conditions.

5. Payments and Stripe
One-time and recurring payments are processed through Stripe where available. YRV Design does not store full card numbers or CVC and keeps only references/statuses needed for contracting and billing.

6. Customer service and support
Contact is available through contact@yrvdesign.com, forms, enabled business WhatsApp and private panel support. Successfully submitted main forms generate an email acknowledgement confirming receipt.
Where Brazilian e-commerce rules apply to a consumer relationship, YRV Design maintains suitable electronic channels for service, correction of errors and exercise of rights, acknowledges requests and seeks to respond within legally applicable timeframes.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
