1. Purpose of the site
This site presents YRV Design services and capabilities and allows visitors to request information or a proposal. The content is informational and does not by itself constitute a binding offer or contract.
2. Proposals and contracting
The scope, price, timing, deliverables, support and responsibilities of each project will be defined in writing before work begins. A conversation or form submission does not require either party to enter into a contract.
3. Permitted use
It is prohibited to attempt to compromise the site, send malicious content, automate abusive submissions, impersonate others or use the infrastructure for unlawful activities.
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, text, identity and original elements of this site belong to YRV Design or are used with authorization. They may not be copied or redistributed as your own product without permission.
5. Content and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but interruptions, errors or changes may occur. Continuous availability and the applicability of every description to every project are not guaranteed.
6. External links and services
When the site includes external links or integrations, those services have their own terms and policies. YRV Design does not control their availability or changes.
7. Reasonable limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YRV Design will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the site, third-party attacks, hosting-provider failures or decisions made solely on the basis of general informational content.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer rights where relevant. Before starting a formal dispute, the parties will seek a direct solution in good faith.
