The form may request your name, email, phone number, project type and the message you choose to send. The server may also record limited technical information, such as date, browser and an encrypted representation of the IP address to prevent abuse.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer requests, prepare proposals, maintain form security and keep a minimal communication history. Processing is based on your consent and, where applicable, on preliminary steps related to a possible contract.
4. Retention
Requests are retained for the time reasonably necessary to respond, follow up or meet legal obligations. Messages with no commercial relevance may be deleted periodically.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers strictly necessary for web hosting, email or security, subject to their own obligations and policies.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect the form against forged submissions and stores the decision made in the privacy panel locally. With consent, it may also retain the selected language and visual theme; without consent, those preferences last only for the session. This version includes no advertising tools, analytics or third-party trackers.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable, information about sharing or withdrawal of consent. The request must reasonably allow us to verify that it concerns your own data.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures, including input validation, protection against automated submissions, rate limiting and restricted access to contact files. No internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, services or applicable obligations. The update date will appear at the beginning.
